Truman Roofing & Construction installed my roofing in (2024). Truman inspected my roof, gave his expert opinion on the roofing condition, met with the insurance adjuster (Truman came twice to met adjuster), he explained in person the insurance company's "Offer Estimate Letter", showed me a photo of the color and type of shingles he would use, explained other materials he would use, agreed to replace rotten wood including areas on the patio, and to install a custom chimey cap. He answered all my questions (during the entire process), we agreed on the insurance's terms then signed a contract. On Start Day: Material by 7am, workers soon after, (good workmanship). As the old material was removed, Truman examined and had rotten wood replaced in several areas, including the patio roofing. The dumpster was picked up 5-ish the same day. The lovely Custom chimey cap was installed just days later and then Truman did a final inspection. Truman's expertise on roofing and the process is great.
